Tubulatura pentru radiator văzută din spate spre față. Piesa montată la locul ei în fuselaj nu va fi foarte vizibilă, dar măcar este acolo unde trebuie să fie...

Blindajul pentru capul pilotului. Gentuța/tetieră conținea o trusă de prim ajutor.

Baia trenului la kitul Revell este corectă ca detalii, dar nefiind suficient de adâncă a fost dată jos. Va fi înlocuită cu echivalentul din rășină Aires, care are detalii mai fine.

Baia trenului Aires. Deși este vândută ca fiind pentru P-51B, piesa este de fapt pentru A-36 Apache și celelalte versiuni de P-51 cu motor Allison. Atât aceasta cât și aripile au fost pilite până când au devenit translucente pe alocuri, dar într-un final s-au potrivit.

O mică discrepanță în ceea ce privește dimensiunile flapsurilor pe intrados a fost corectată.

Extradosul curățat de nituri și locațiile greșite ale flapsurilor înfundate cu fâșii de Evergreen. Deși matrița originară datează din 1969, kitul se suprapune aproape perfect pe planuri.
